Headset Audio Settings When the wireless headset is successfully paired with the computer, please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure [LE-HS013 Superior Upgraded] is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone) About Noise Reduction The wireless headset adopts environment noise cancelation technology, which mainly eliminates the non-human voice frequency band noise on your side to provide good call quality for your callers. (Such as children screaming and crying, dogs barking, and so on) however, that the voice of family members speaking at a normal volume is not environmental noise and cannot be filtered out. Please check both the computer and the software speaker & microphone device and select [LE-HS013 Superior Upgraded] Charging Base Working Status Bluetooth headset support connecting to the USB C port of the headset or placing it on the charging base for charging. The earphones need to be connected to a power source when placed on the charging base to charge. The LED indicator light will flash red and slowly flash to indicate that it is charging. The LED indicator light will turn solid blue to indicate that the earphones are fully charged. Answer or Hang Up the Call If the wireless headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the wireless headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Warm Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines
